The minimum monthly paid membership subscription is USD $3.

In consideration of your paid membership subscription you agree that you are entitled to access the currently published Member information and downloads of the Hollywood Mogul 4 Forums; and that after the completion of the duration of your paid membership subscription, you can choose to discontinue your paid membership subscription without financial penalty; and you agree that you will not reverse the payment of your paid membership subscription for any reason, including being banned from the Hollywood Mogul 4 Forums for violating the terms of this Registration Agreement.

If you reverse the payment of your paid membership subscription you will have had full access to the Hollywood Mogul 4 Forums and all of the currently published information and downloads accumulated prior to and including the full duration of your subscription, but you would not have been entitled to it. Furthermore, reversing the payment of your paid membership subscription creates a legal dispute between PayPal, your credit card company, and the owner of the Hollywood Mogul 4 Forums. The owner of the Hollywood Mogul 4 Forums will be charged a charge-back fee, and will incur the expense of the time and effort required to defend itself against the dispute. In consideration of the time, effort, and expense required to manage a dispute if you reverse your payment for any subscription previously paid on the Hollywood Mogul 4 Forums, you agree to send a Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount of USD $250 payable to HMS Game Company to the address of record for the Hollywood Mogul 4 Forums, accept a FRAUD charge on your credit report, and have the matter turned over to a collection agency if you fail to meet your obligation within 30 days.
